Overall we've been very satisfied with Negotiatus. The ease of use and responsive customer service have made our experience very positive.
Items often come broken or damaged and returning items is time consuming.
It's been great over the last couple of years because I can set budgets or my locations and see what they are ordering before I allow the order to be approved.
This becomes an annoyance when trying to find open, unreceived invoices. It should have an indicator that is closed or fully received without opening the file to check if all parts are received.
I like how easy it is to find the product I am looking for. The delivery tracking is also extremely helpful so I can have a better idea as to when my supplies will arrive.
Additionally there is lack of visibility on delivery times prior to actually placing an order.
The system remembers previous orders, making it extremely easy to reorder items. I like that I can choose items from a company like Staples and Order will negotiate the best prices.
This means that we usually cannot purchase other like-items, but are restricted to the selection of our organization instead of price and item comparing.
DPO is in an incredibly intuitive tool making it super easy to deploy. It accommodates a generous variety of scenarios and the overall aesthetic is great.
The limitations on how many people can utilize the program is frustrating.
Fits perfectly into the system we tried to create. The ability to have this cloud based and have access from multiple locations and levels of approval are just what we needed.
There are frequent times when the software stops working and appears to go down without notice. These are typically fixed quickly, however it is still an inconvenience.
I would highly recommend this software, it has very good functionality at a very competitive price.
Limited user base for the price of the product, expenses when you have to run multiple PO books (different subsidiaries).
Ability to have it on the go, the approval levels are great. The admin section is also easy to use.
I haven't found anything yet to complain about other than it not being clear how to delete a PDF upload if you need to update it/upload an updated one.
