What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and it is functional for helping you to run your practice efficiently. I like the to-do list for my progress notes.
When I asked to be released from my contract 2 months early due to their breach of contract they refused, stating, "we just miscommunicated.
I highly recommend using them. I love the Full Service option, but they have varying levels of service so check them out for what works best for you and your practice needs.
At worst--- if you get audited you will fail for sure. You have to type everything.

KASA is used in our company as the electronic EHR, electronic records for our therapy practice. It helps us comply with HIPAA and keep our clients' profiles together. I love the ease of using KASA. It's simple. It has a help desk. Also has step-by-step instructions if you get stuck or need to know what to do within some of the pages of KASA. I dislike a current change they just made. We no longer have a billing specialist. But we have a team approach email helpline and that is an issue that I'm learning how to overcome. But it's a struggle.
