SendHub vs Project Broadcast: Which is a better fit?

Now that we have been set up with this new system, we have very positive feedback from our customers. I like how easy it is to use and I also enjoy that I receive Pop ups when a new text has come in.

Unable to restrict users who share the same line from modifying set groups.

So glad I found this program. This is a simple, no-frills way to perform a very important and useful task around communication, client management, and texting.

Unclear how messages segmented, and it was hard to track even when I downloaded the direct CSV information.

The user-interface is fantastic. Everything is very intuitive and laid out in a way that's easy to understand.

Lack of common features/ not function properly.

It offers me a simple and affordable phone system. I'm very happy with the flexibility it offers me. I have been able to set up 5 lines for my employees and only upgraded the ones I needed to.

I really haven’t had any issues with the software itself. My only problems have been lack of knowledge of sending SMS on my end, but we are learning.

I love that I can customize trackable links, send out to more than 15-20 people at a time, and also give options for members to opt-in or opt-out. I love the ease of using the app OR the web version.

I hate having to input them all and I wish you would have System that would automatically add without me having to pay for another service.

Its simple, effective and fun to use. Keeps me connected with all my clients and potential clients in an innovative way.

I hadn't used it for several months, due to lack of need, and when I got back on having to learn to navigate the version updates... but then again that really was on me.

Great I love it it helps me keep in contact with my customers to get them the info they need.

It was a low emotional investment that I could do even in grief. I credit Jesus and my communication with my team to part of why I was able to maintain my business during that season of hard.

Project Broadcast helps me to plan ahead by prescheduling important reminders, recognition, etc. It helps me to create valuable connectivity to my team and customers.

The look is a little dated and dreary. But Im seriously reaching for something to say here.
