ManageEngine customer service is amazing, they're very polite, helpful and responsive. The system itself works well, it has a lot of features and is relatively easy to navigate.
Interface can be a little confusing at first. Unable to setup alerts for inactive devices with custom duration.
I really enjoyed MDM Plus, Great Platform and user-friendly. Customer service and tech support, everything was easy and great to work with.
When a device communication fails during enrollment, there is no way of removing a staged device that is in status of 'enrolling', so it remains on the device staged tab.
I would like to thanks Manage Engine team for providing such an amazing MDM Platform. They are doing their job really well and I can say that this is the best MDM platform out in the market.
The only problem we have is with Apple Device Manager but not with MMDMP.
The Android Kiosk feature is particularly impressive, offering robust capabilities and mature implementations that enhance device control and application management.
The only thing I am struggling with is the fact that the new mobile devices have never left my office but are constantly sending me alerts that they have left the GeoFence.

Matthias S.: Hi, I'm Matthias. I'm a systems integrator at a trucking company. And I give ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus 5 out of 5. Before, we were using Zebra StageNow, but that turned out to be very cumbersome because you had to walk up to every mobile device and scan barcodes to actually stage updates or install software. So now we've switched to mobile device management solution by ManageEngine. And this allows us to remotely administer the devices. We have looked at other mobile device management solutions, like SOTI MobiControl, but those turned out to be very expensive compared to ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus. ManageEngine also provided us with a two-hour one-on-one intro session to the software and answered all the questions that we had. That's why we chose them. Getting started with Mobile Device Manager Plus was very simple. We had a great one-on-one session that answered all the questions. We could quickly roll it out to all the devices, and the users weren't affected by it at all. The only thing that changed beforehand was that now the lock screen looks a bit different. And the users didn't notice it really. If you need a software that's easy to manage your devices with, especially for updating, installing new software or provisioning new devices, ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus is very good at that, and they also support Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
