I have always gotten help from there - and they are nice too (I am in Finland). What I have seen, Lyyti seems to be great but let me first have some complete experience.
Personal data on one page, travel information on the second page, etc. Now that everything is on one page, it is very long and seems "intimidating.
It is easy to use and has all the features that I've been hoping to have with the previous software. It's great that it is possible to send the messages directly from the system, too.
Price i can´s say anything negative but sometimes i struggle with sending email to customers. Navigation is still clumsy to me. I don´t realize all term yet.
The use of the tool is relatively easy and effortless. The phone help desk is great, top, prima, super, marvelous.
Invoicing us went wrong in the beginning. At some stage Google Analytics seemed hard to install (cc did not wan to install the code, but we finally got it done by ourselves).

Padding and width/height are not intuitive and can often cause things to look distorted.
I love how easy it is to create great looking and functioning landing pages. Whenever I have a questions, prosupport is so quick to help and make sure that I understand how to resolve my issue.
Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to change the theme. Can be difficult to use via mac.
The fact that we can fully customize our invite is amazing. To date, we've received great feedback from our clients re: the design of our invite.
Ramping up and learning the tricks of navigating/editing templates was tricky.
The onboarding process was flawless and the support team s great. The design capabilites are great and have exceeded my expectations.
