ActivePresenter is really easy to use thanks to its user-friendly interface, and the video quality is amazing. I really didn't expect it to have all these fuctions, it's really imprressive.
Maybe it is my PC, but ActivePresenter is the usual application that behaves this way, I lost a few of my recordings to this crashing.
I have not explored all the features of the software and I feel like there is a lot this tool can do. It suffices my requirements easily and works like a gem.
Usually when I log out and back in, the mic appears. Could be user error, and not the software...I don't know.

It’s a high-end video edit and there’s a learning curve if you haven’t used a similar product before. If you have, some things work differently but there are no real surprises.

I like the ability to organise my videos especially when you have more than 100. The navigation is clean and you can get to anything in 2 clicks.
One client thought they had to download the software and was having trouble so I had to download it and share it via Dropbox.
My overall experience is one of great ease of use coupled with amazing functionality.
Sometimes the camera doesn't engage, sometimes the audio and video lags. I don't experience this with other screen recorders.
