Jeremy Greene's customer service has been fantastic. Anytime I have questions or need help, he responds quickly and always helpful.
After testing it and finding problem after problem when we gave them notice of cancellation and they hit us with a 3 month penalty. There is more to list but I'm not wasting my time.
Overall, Tracktik provides a great product and continues to improve it with great outcomes for the user and customer's customer.
All the glitches gets put on to the road map and no time frame of things of when they will be fixed. Even when things are not working correctly we still have to pay full price.
The Customer Service team at TrackTik is amazing as well. They are very responsive and when you do have an issue, it is resolved quickly.
The only problem that I have run into a few times is that it can be a little hard to navigate sometimes, to find the function I'm looking for.
The reports are excellent, tracking is good also. The ability to pull reports from anytime and review them is an excellent feature.

Kisi has some great documentation online to help install anytime of lock or accessory that you have. Their support service is great too, the team is very helpful and respond quickly if you need them.
Sometimes it’s the reader, other times it’s the controller. There is no alert that informs me of the crash other than upset clients.
Kisi has created a sleek, pseudo-sexy model that is beautifully enigmatic in our entryway. We especially love the RFID capabilities and that our phones can be our access keys.
If your internet connection is bad on your phone, it can take longer to enter into the building or a room.
The reps from Kisi were wonderful and provided excellent customer service. Had we gone with them from the beginning, we could have saved thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches.
Overall I am extremely disappointed. After purchasing all the items needed, paying for installation, I do not have a working product.
I had heard about Kisi's reputation for quality products and outstanding customer care - after our initial consultation and conversation, I was sold.
The only problem we had with Kisi is when the internet would go down. I think it automatically locks the doors at that point.
