The Sage people sales team were great to work with. We talked with them on several occasions and we developed a nice relationship and worked towards a resolution.
Reporting which is based on force.com is very poor, time management is very difficult and the roadmap of new features from Sage is weak.

Less a complaint and more so an adaptation, timecards reflect hours worked with notes on and absenteeism. It would be handy to have a second row reflect PTO and TO.
This tool is easy to administer and the reporting is great. Employees like the system as well.
Its not as visually appealing as it could be. Its also missing some features that you would get with a higher end product (i.e. deduction of unpaid time off from time cards).
