The ability to add as many users as we need. The reporting options are great and the ability to connect people via the referral process is nice.
Inability of 2 computers to access rarely without having to pay an extra fee. Sometimes entries on our individuals are entered mistakenly at other facilities, and we can not correct these mistakes.
CharityTracker has been wonderful to work with. They have great customer service and have always responded quickly.
With this software the only time that she has said she had a problem, it has been because someone entered one of the clients information wrong, so it may not be in the right section.
I love that it's essentially so user friendly. And anytime I have a question, the customer service is willing and available to help.
The only con to this software is lack of utilization by other partners. If more organizations were using this, all information would be centralized in this system.
I like that I can run monthly reports and track the progress. I can run reports based of demographics for easier generated reports to forward to supreme courts.
In my country, not alot of companies use CharityTracker so this can be a little bit difficult when trying to integrate with other platforms.
This will be super beneficial as we continue to serve more clients. The customer service is superb from the initial interest to getting onboarding.
This was a horrible experience and a waste of thousands of dollars.
The ability to run reports and collect data is easy to do and extremely helpful to us when it comes to showing who we meet with, the amount of time we spend with them, and what progress looks like.
We would rather have to work around this lack of flexibility than have the product devolve into something over-complicated.
We have had a wonderful experience from our first interaction with the team at Casebook. We highly recommend this platform for anyone that wants ease of use and superb customer service and support.
Having to store custom data in Form.io forms, which are rigid to work with and difficult to report on, is by far our biggest limitation right now.
The advantage of using Casebook is that you will capture data on all of your clients smoothly and effectively. Thanks, Casebook, for such amazing software.
The software is very disjointed. They do not allow you to look around in the demo.
Daniel V.: Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a clerk. I rate Charity Tracker five. For more reviews like this click on the link below. I do a lot of charity work and the charities I work with have tracking on their programs. The tracking has a lot of hiccups and doesn't track, and it's very, very slow in tracking. When I want to see how much the organization has raised, I normally have to wait two to three days. I chose Charity Tracker because it has more options for the donations and they almost show up immediately. Charity Tracker is very simple to bring into my organization. It is very self-explanatory, which is very good, especially when I'm working with people who are not technically savvy. My advice to you is if you want a simple program to track your charitable donations, and or donors, Charity Tracker is the way to go. You get the full experience of who's donating, how much they're donating, and when they're donating.
Nicole: Hi, my name is Nicole and I am the Coordinator for Victim Services at the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office. And we currently use casebook, and I do give them a five out of five rating. Before we chose casebook, we would actually use Excel, so it was a very old-school way of trying to keep stats, and it was Excel and formulas, and it was very, very tiring and confusing with the formulas. So it was a lot easier to look into a program. And when we had the funding, we were going in between Casebook, we were going between VSTracking, and there was another program, forgive me, I can't remember the name of it right now, but one of the other programs, it was even their system, the way that it was, it looked very old-school, and so it was a little harder on the eyes. And now this younger generation, we're just so used to how different software looks, so we didn't use that one. And with VSTracking, it was kind of up there. We were really considering VSTracking, but it just really wasn't affordable, so it really wasn't something that was attainable for our department to use. And that's why we didn't choose VSTracking. We ultimately chose Casebook because it looked very easy to understand. We did have a few meetings where we would go through, I believe his name was Corey, we would go through a presentation on how Casebook is used, how to set up clients, how to input the services that we provide, and it was very user-friendly. So that was one of the major factors is that it was user-friendly. It was something that we were going to easily get up and running and start implementing with keeping our stats and keeping a caseload of all of our files. Casebook worked with us a lot. We had set up meetings, and once we got into the program, I'm sorry, I don't remember their names, but there was two girls that were always checking in with us. They helped us customize the services that we provide because we were getting Casebook, so that way we can input our grant stats. And so Casebook was able to customize the exact services that we provide so that we can keep an account for those. What we really appreciated was that they did have weekly meetings with us, and they were basically on call as we needed them to set up Casebook and to get it ongoing where we can input our stats, start inputting our clients. And what works really good is at our office, it's myself and another coordinator that we provide the victim services, so she could see the cases that I'm working on. She could see the services that I've provided, and likewise, vice versa with her cases. So if I'm out of the office one day and she's there and I have a victim come in, she's able to see what I've done with that victim. She's able to see what services I've provided, and she can see what our most recent conversations were about. So integrating Casebook, getting it started with the onboarding, there was good support, so it was fairly easy and we didn't really have too many hiccups in the road. The two girls that worked with us from Casebook, they were able to customize our platform so it can reflect what we needed it to reflect as far as the services we provide. Well for us, we found that Casebook was also budget-friendly. When we were looking at different programs and software, I mean, they were expensive. And let's be honest, a lot of us might work for nonprofits or we might work for law enforcement agencies, and we don't have a very big budget. So Casebook is affordable and it's, to me, budget-friendly and it's easy to understand and it's easy to start using. And what I like is you have a basic dashboard. Your basic dashboard shows you all the cases you've entered. If ever you just get asked, "Hey, how many victims have you serviced since we started Casebook?" Or you can easily pull up the stats. "How many victims have you serviced in the month of November or the month of October? We're already getting past Thanksgiving, but it's very easy to use. It's very user-friendly, and you can set up logins even for your supervisor. So your supervisor can go in and access to see where you're at without even having to take time out of your day. "Hey, can you provide your stats?" They can go in and check. Another thing that we like is that Casebook, it's a website. So if I'm working from home or if I'm out on the road and I need to update or enter stats or information, it's accessible. It's not stuck at the office. So it's not always good to bring work home, but when you need to, that's something that you can do with Casebook. It's easily available.
