The Pollfish platform is amazing. I love that you can easily design surveys and make them short but comprehensive to encourage users to provide thorough responses.
The only thing i may dislike about this software is the fact that not all surveys are winners which means being disqualified from some.
Pollfish is a best platform for surveys it is easy to use. It is the best platform for the companies to do surveys.
In addition to that we had to handle with plenty of negative feedback from our users and eventually we removed surveys from our website.
The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.
The "other" button on/off switch was hard for me to find at first.

I looked at a lot of options before choosing Qwary and am very happy with my choice. The interface is quite intuitive, the help centre works well, and the customer service is outstanding.
However, I believe these two features are costly, especially the service related to text messaging. Next, I find the tool has not many native integrations.
Easy to use and understand, lots of great supportive research features with automation and integration to thrid party tools. Very helpful and available support.
The integration is very limited and requires Zapier. For small businesses, we can't afford Zapier.
Most importantly it is very easy to prepare a survey and send that to my customer for answering. Video integration is a great integration for this app, Just awesome.
No serious cons yet, they are swamped right now and catching up on support. So the downside we've seen is their KB docs are behind the app.
I wasn't expecting Qwary to be a Typeform beater, but they have really over delivered and developed a slick product. From the dashboard the UI/UX is clean, super fast and easy to navigate.
No CNAME available at the moment. Occasionally you will find some minor bugs, but it can be reported to customer service, which will fix them as soon as possible.
Jean Pierre: Jean Pierre, President, and I give Pollfish a five. For further reviews please click below. We used two platforms, Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. We found Qualtrics extremely expensive for what they were offering, specifically the cost of panels, the cost of respondents, they are about three times the cost of other providers, and we also found their service not to be great. SurveyMonkey's great, it's a great platform, but again, their cost of survey complete is extremely high. They don't have, at the time they didn't have the geographical coverage we were looking for that Pollfish provides. Pollfish has a variety of great features and benefits, number one is they have a business model that allows us to buy a package that lowers the cost of respondents, so we can get the cost of respondents down to about half what other service providers are giving us. And they have one of the largest network of respondents. We can do a study in North America, in Europe and Asia, and obviously we're a global firm, so the ability of doing these studies globally is pivotal, would be the second point. The third point is their service. As we program and prepare to launch these studies, they're always there to provide advice, they review before it gets launched, and make recommendations on how to improve the study. They're also there if we have issues, they're there, and the response time is amazing. Grant, if I send him an email, within minutes I will have him respond to my needs, and he'll jump in and help us. They also meet with us quarterly to talk about product reviews as they're introducing new features and benefits. So we view that relationship very collaborative, I find with the other platforms, you're technically buying a piece of software, they really don't want to talk to you, if they do it's search this database for the solution to your problem, if you really do need help then wait for it. And time is precious for us, so if we're doing a study, I can't wait a day to get a response, I need that response done immediately, and Pollfish are amazing that way, their service is exceptional. Pollfish has a great onboarding process. So once we signed on the license and we committed to a certain investment level, they assign an account manager to our business, and they gave us a training program on the features and benefits, and how to leverage the tool. And the tool's extremely intuitive, it's easy to use, and they're constantly updating their platform, introducing new features, conjoint studies, A and B testing, things that we use every day as part of our research platform, as part of the services we provide our clients. And by having them accessible, and having an intuitive platform, it's easy for us, when we have new employees that join the team on the strategy side, to pick up quickly the Pollfish platform. If you're considering Pollfish, the first thing I would recommend is determine the level of research you're doing on a yearly basis, because the more research you're doing, the lower the cost on the use of their platform. So the first thing I would say is, are you doing five or six studies a year? Are you doing 10, 12, 15? Have that planned out before you meet with them so you have clarity, because the more you invest in their platform, obviously you respondent costs come down to a certain level, so that would be the first thing. But also understand who you're researching, and are you looking for a global platform that's going to give you access to half a billion consumers, respondents? Or you're looking for a local? Those are all the important factors that you need to consider when you're getting ready to make a commitment to Pollfish.
