The cost compared to other similar systems is fantastic and as mentioned all support and training provided is excellent.

It's unstable, inconsistent, and not user friendly...and support staff is terrible.

I recommend it to all my graduating students who go into running their own clinics. The product is great, the customer service is great - it would be silly not to use this program to run your clinic.

This software takes the pain out of running my business, from managing bookings to automated client contact, social media and back-end reporting.

Ovatu are quick to respond to emails, always giving great step by step instructions. The help function has excellent tutorial videos that are easy to follow, making use of their system easy.

Also, no customer service phone number / a significant (up to a day or more) delay in getting answers for issues when working through Facebook messenger.

Forms are super helpful especially when they automatically send out. Online booking is great, I love how it integrates into my website seamlessly.

Only bad thing about it is that it charges for sending texts to customers. If there was a way for it to link up to my own network provider and use my own allowance then it would be perfect.

It was my first experience building a website and everything worked like a charm and left me really happy with the final result.

Ve had several malfunctions with it in the past. M scared to edit and delete old information on there just because it screwed up the booking button and clients couldn’t schedule.

M extremely happy with what is offered, the ability to pick it right up with an easy to use interface, and the customer service is also high quality as wel.

There needs to be more -- and better - quality -- add-ons available. Those with terrible reviews make Wix look bad; more should be done to weed out the awful options.

Accessible to anyone who has a little interest and commitment. Enables the creation of very professional websites, with an excellent image bank and templates.

It was often crashing on customers who would try to buy online. This resulted on many loss sales or issuing discounts to clients for their “inconvenience.

I most like the program's ease of use, cost-effectiveness and the varied and sophisticated designs that are available to those who work with it it.
