I don't consistently use it - so things pile up to be updated. This is a failing more of my system and organization.

I love the intuitive design that combines the best parts of using a spreadsheet and powerful features such as tagging and visual pipelines.

No matter how much info you're storing inside, it'll speed right along. If you've had trouble picking a CRM, give You Don't Need a CRM! a try.

I have been looking for a good crm tool with a fully loaded features package and finally after many hardships i have found this to be very exciting and wonderful.

Of course some functions are missing but it's common.

The entire system is incredibly easy to use, allows you to effortlessly view the conversation history, and provides fantastic reporting. The best feature is how simple it is to add a lead manually.

It was hard for me to understand folders, but watching videos help me get past my frustration at first.

Software is easy to use - refunds are quick and easy and the recordings come in handy as well. I like that we can see what is gong on in real time and the account manger is super helpful.

This lead program is a scam. They send you leads that are not within the parameters you requested and all you get are excuses and more bad leads when you complain about lead quality.

Ease of getting customers in the door is great - transfers;etc all worked great. I've hardly used software like this.

No refunds were processed and when I complained and cancelled the account they ran additional leads through and changed my credit card again. MANAGER BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD.

I appreciate the ease of use of the system and the ability to track how a lead is being worked right here on the site. I also appreciate the ease of use of requesting refunds.

Do not use this lead company. Poor leads, poor system, poor customer service.

Excellent customer service and excellent lead quality for live transfers. The support is far superior than any other lead service we have tried in the past.

My agency office went with this company and was the worst lead system we have gone with. They took more money after the deposit was used up and was not authorized to do so.
