Ricard: Hi, I'm Ricard. I work as a marketing manager in [inaudible 00:00:04], a marketing agency here in Spain, and I rate Pipedrive five out of five. We use in the company another CRM called ActiveCampaign. It works also really well, but we decided to use Pipedrive. The best things about Pipedrive are the easy of access to the information, the integrations, and the reminders. Having information accessible for our commercials make the access to the deal in seconds really easy and more efficient. Actually, it was really easy because of the integrations of the Pipedrive. The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. Make a process of understanding of the funnel of your business before using Pipedrive to start using it at 100%.

Before Map My Customer, we were just using the old pen and pencil notebook, and it didn't work because there was mistakes, there was loss, and it was way too time consuming. The reason I chose Map My Customer was because it gives the team the ability to input data regarding the clients they're going to go see, where they are, it's able to map it out for them. There's so much information that you can put in there, the activity, and it helps you to grow your business and save a lot of time. It also, as a manager, allows me to be able to look and see who my team has seen, who we need to follow up with, where they went, and the time that they spent. It's a efficient tool for saving time and everything is just at a glance. Very user friendly, and it enables the whole team to come together and just share all the information. Using Map My Customer was very simple and efficient to use. The best part is if you have any problem with it, you can just plug into their customer service. They're there to help you, they walk you through. The team has accessibility to it as well, so any questions you can learn as an individual, or you can learn as a team. It's very easy to use the app. It is very user friendly, and it works out really well whether you're super techy or a novice at it. It's the simplicity, and the customer support is just so beneficial in being able to succeed with the product. My recommendation if you're just considering, is go ahead, use the free trial. They allow you to have it. It helps you get familiarized with what the product is. I would definitely recommend it. Again, it's better than the old notebook and pen, or even putting the information in your laptop or in your phone. Everything is there, it's concise. And the best part is that it's easily accessible by the management and you can also share it with the other people in your team. And I just think it helps with success and it's just a very, very easy product to use.
