It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.

Sometimes I'm in a shitty service area and I can't pull up the next part of my route. I think once the route is set, there should be an option to use the route "offline.

The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. They're there to help you, they walk you through. The team has accessibility to it as well, so any questions you can learn as an individual, or you can learn as a team. It's very easy to use the app. It is very user friendly, and it works out really well whether you're super techy or a novice at it. It's the simplicity, and the customer support is just so beneficial in being able to succeed with the product. My recommendation if you're just considering, is go ahead, use the free trial. They allow you to have it. It helps you get familiarized with what the product is. I would definitely recommend it. Again, it's better than the old notebook and pen, or even putting the information in your laptop or in your phone. Everything is there, it's concise. And the best part is that it's easily accessible by the management and you can also share it with the other people in your team. And I just think it helps with success and it's just a very, very easy product to use.
