It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.
Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM.
Pipedrive is very competitive to other more popular CRM tools, the price is also better. I almost have all the needed features in a CRM along with the process automation.
The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time. The online app is basically useless.
I liked the way it pulled in my email and calendar and it was easy to set up reminders to follow up with prospects. The software is good - I would recommend it.

The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools. Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription.
It is easy to use integrations and connect to many apps we use. Support is outstanding as well and the team is always there to help us out.
It keeps evolving so every few months you get a tool that kicks ass on several levels.

I'm a bit confused about triggers and what exactly they all do and don't do.
I used a more complex platform before and this one helps me to get more done in a quicker and more effective manner. The easy to add A/B testing is also great.
Before, it was a struggle to juggle between plugins, email provider integrations and much more to be able to create one optin and have the info sent to the right list, with the right tag.
My experience from the start was always very good with Convertful. Happy to have found this fantastic tool and with a really differentiated team.

Having information accessible for our commercials make the access to the deal in seconds really easy and more efficient. Actually, it was really easy because of the integrations of the Pipedrive. The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. Make a process of understanding of the funnel of your business before using Pipedrive to start using it at 100%.
