It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.

Act Marketing Automation does not work. We have battled with trying to get this working for over two years with appalling customer support and still no resolution.

We use in the company another CRM called ActiveCampaign. It works also really well, but we decided to use Pipedrive. The best things about Pipedrive are the easy of access to the information, the integrations, and the reminders. Having information accessible for our commercials make the access to the deal in seconds really easy and more efficient. Actually, it was really easy because of the integrations of the Pipedrive. The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. Make a process of understanding of the funnel of your business before using Pipedrive to start using it at 100%.

Act! was solving the problem of keeping track of all of our contacts, potential sales customers, and just allowing us to keep in touch with them. The best thing about Act! is how well it works on my phone. I don't need to be in front of my computer in an office to use Act!. I just pull it up on my phone and I'm good to go. The only thing that kind of was not perfect about Act! was they weren't always upgrading the app fast enough, but the app, as a whole, it was really great. Every so often I would just want to see an update to the app and it would take an extra month or two, but we would always get all the updates we needed.
