It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.

Pipedrive is very competitive to other more popular CRM tools, the price is also better. I almost have all the needed features in a CRM along with the process automation.

I found moving through different areas clunky and frustrating at times. A Mission Suite rep helped us set up an area for tracking Client Support and it never worked quite how we envisioned.

We use in the company another CRM called ActiveCampaign. It works also really well, but we decided to use Pipedrive. The best things about Pipedrive are the easy of access to the information, the integrations, and the reminders. Having information accessible for our commercials make the access to the deal in seconds really easy and more efficient. Actually, it was really easy because of the integrations of the Pipedrive. The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. Make a process of understanding of the funnel of your business before using Pipedrive to start using it at 100%.

We were deciding in between of NetSuite or Zoho, but we didn't like the formatting of that. It didn't allow us to do everything that we wanted to really accomplish on the software. And then we were also going to go with ChowNow, but we didn't like the pricing on that either, so we decided to go with Mission Suite. We chose Mission Suite for three main reasons. One was that it was very versatile and easy to use. It was also a great value for our investment, and we could also tailor it to accomplish and address all of our needs as a company. During the startup process using Mission Suite, it was very comfortable and we were very confident as a team, because they do provide excellent customer service if you have any questions. It is very easy to use, and we liked that it was partnered with PayPal and QuickBooks, because we could easily link them together. I would recommend Mission Suite to anyone who's trying to open up a small business or a mid-size business, who wants to be able to collaborate their data and connect with the general population to market and get more clientele.
