It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.
Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM.
Pipedrive is very competitive to other more popular CRM tools, the price is also better. I almost have all the needed features in a CRM along with the process automation.

The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information. Make a process of understanding of the funnel of your business before using Pipedrive to start using it at 100%.
