Pipedrive vs Chorus: Which is a better fit?

It's extremely user friendly, has a very clean layout, and is extremely effective for tracking information. Both the online and the app versions are quality products that have met my needs and more.

Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM.

Pipedrive is very competitive to other more popular CRM tools, the price is also better. I almost have all the needed features in a CRM along with the process automation.

The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time. The online app is basically useless.

I liked the way it pulled in my email and calendar and it was easy to set up reminders to follow up with prospects. The software is good - I would recommend it.

Difficult to understand when using for the first time. Repetitive data entry can get boring.

It has been as well a great way to interact with our customers, and gain a better insight to all of the sales process.

The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools. Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription.

After monitoring recorded calls for quality control, I am able to give them targeted support for growth with the goal of making each customer experience the best it can be.

Was a bit shocked by how many filler words I use.

There was great training provided and the analytics are really cool and help you work on your speaking style when you're on the phone. I highly recommend this.

Needs editing features to cut clips specific to different parts of a call so I can send, say a few parts of the call to other folks for advice or my feedback for them.

It's nice for new hires to be able to listen to other calls that went well and how people talk through different situations. Also it's great for call listening for managers (x2 speed is so helpful).

It can sometimes be difficult to ascertain exactly who was on a given call.

I love that it will automatically hop into my calls and there is nothing I have to do on my end to get that to happen. I also love that I can use it during cold calls as well.

We tried another product and realized that it is more accurate in transcription than Chorus. We were not expecting miracles but transcription is by far the weakest link.
