Our focus is on businesses from 1 to 1,000 employees. We offer a simple and reliable time clock for employees with some great features including GPS, Integrations, Google SSO, job codes, and more!
Timesheets.com has been a leader in time tracking for 20 years. Our simple and easy-to-use service starts at just $11 per month for 1-2 workers and we offer a discount for non-profits and educators.
We loved everything about the product - easy use, varied and useful reporting, flexibility with subscription, responsive customer service.
We tried using the QR codes for timing in and out but the staff would forget their card, the computer would not recognize the card or if their was a poor light, it would be difficult to get it read.
BuddyPunch has been an amazing tool to have. Being a growing small business, it's been seamless to integrate and has taken a huge workload from my plate.
No suggestions or problems. We don't really integrate it with anything else at this time.
Their pricing is super competitive and their software intuitive. I gradually moved each department over to Buddy Punch and it has been GREAT.
We often fiend it weird that the time entries are in hours and minutes, versus just fractions of hours.
The cost is very affordable and well worth the price. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for a great timekeeping system.
No able to access my past pay periods and see the accrual of retirement funds, taxes withheld to date, etc.
Timesheets.com provided the best of both worlds - a really good service that was clear, concise, and easy to use.
Can be difficult to request time off. No Am and Pm have to change it yourself.
It’s straight forward and gives me exactly what I need. Customer service has been amazing, resolved my questions very quickly and with ease.
A little confusing about making and or sending notifications to employees. Is it for my records or for their viewing.
The reports are comprehensive and helpful, making it easy to analyze employee performance. I also love that it sends out automatic reminders to employees when they forget to submit their timesheets.
Our prior time recording system was so difficult to use and had hard and fast restrictions about when time must be recorded that my employees were frequently not getting their time in.
With the notification features and approval features, it really is the best of all the ones I trialed and I am satisfied with the pricing.
There is always a live person answering the phone or the chat. If the problem is too complex to be answered via chat then that customer service rep will ask to call and will.
Kevin J.: Hi, my name's Kevin, and I'm the general manager at a paper crafting company. We have about 40 employees here and we use the app Buddy Punch for time-card keeping, and I would rate it five stars. Before Buddy Punch, we were using a program called Homebase. And Homebase really wasn't working well for us because all of the settings were global settings, so we couldn't do an individual setting for a user. So whatever setting we applied had to be applied to our whole group. So that really wasn't working well for us. We decided to go with Buddy Punch for a couple of reasons. One was it was customizable on the user level. So we have different parts of our organization that require different modes and methods of timekeeping. Some of our folks are hourly, some are salary. So it allows us to change the settings on the individual user level, which is really great for us. The other reason that we went with it, we felt like it was affordable. It's a flexible solution. We pay by the user, so we felt like it could grow with us as a company. And overall it's just easy to use and pretty simple for my managers to use, and that's why we like it. Getting started with Buddy Punch was super easy. I really didn't even need to use any of the help that they provided for us. It was pretty straightforward to walk through. You can either upload things as a batch or you can do it individually. So we found it super easy to get on board with Buddy Punch. I would say if you're looking for a really flexible timekeeping solution to track your hours, your PTO, company calendars, block out dates, things like that, Buddy Punch is a great solution. We're a growing company and we needed something that could grow with us and that was flexible, so I would recommend it if you have any of those needs.
Andrew B.: Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm a director of sales and I would give Timesheets.com a three out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. Prior to using Timesheets.com, we were using sort of a mixture between paychecks and then also sort of an internal Google Calendar type way of tracking who would be in the office at certain times and when people were coming and leaving. So Timesheets.com has made things a lot easier for us and definitely saved a lot of admin time, instead of having to look in multiple places and rely on our employees for logging everything correctly. We ended up choosing Timesheets.com just for the ease of use, the price and the simple onboarding process. Basically, it was very easy to get all of our employees logged into the system, show them how to use it, and we really haven't had to retrain anybody or had any major issues with it. The cost for the amount of employees we had we thought was a fair price there. Really, just getting it up and running was a very simple task. So we've been thrilled with the product so far and are glad that we chose it. In terms of onboarding and integration, Timesheets.com was extremely easy to use. I mean, really the only cumbersome part was getting all the employees access upfront and getting them sort of loaded into the system. But Timesheets.com assisted us with that and allowed us to save a little bit of time getting them all in there, as well as some useful resources to sort of explain to the employees exactly how to use it and use it the way that we're hoping to get the information out of them. So overall, it was a very easy onboarding process and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was for everybody to get up and running. When it came to Timesheets, it was a very good product and sort of opened the door for us in terms of ways to consolidate different resources and ways to track maybe when employees are coming and leaving and different things like that. We actually switched off the Timesheets a few months back, I think it was at the start of 2021. We just got offered a better price for a very similar product and they offered to sort of switch everybody over and onboard everybody. So it sort of came down to the pricing and that's why I gave it a three out of five stars originally.
