Timesheets.com has been a leader in time tracking for 20 years. Our simple and easy-to-use service starts at just $11 per month for 1-2 workers and we offer a discount for non-profits and educators.
Construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, F&B, education, startups, agencies, and companies with field employees, as well as office-based and remote companies.
Timesheets.com provided the best of both worlds - a really good service that was clear, concise, and easy to use.
Can be difficult to request time off. No Am and Pm have to change it yourself.
It’s straight forward and gives me exactly what I need. Customer service has been amazing, resolved my questions very quickly and with ease.
A little confusing about making and or sending notifications to employees. Is it for my records or for their viewing.
The reports are comprehensive and helpful, making it easy to analyze employee performance. I also love that it sends out automatic reminders to employees when they forget to submit their timesheets.
Our prior time recording system was so difficult to use and had hard and fast restrictions about when time must be recorded that my employees were frequently not getting their time in.
With the notification features and approval features, it really is the best of all the ones I trialed and I am satisfied with the pricing.
There is always a live person answering the phone or the chat. If the problem is too complex to be answered via chat then that customer service rep will ask to call and will.
Great easy to use software that you can amend to suit your business. The Facial recognition is really good and very easy.
We were disappointed that when we opted to upgrade, we were unable to do so immediately. Perhaps there are certain processes that we are unaware of.
The ease of entering time entries is phenominal and what impressed me the most were the tracked time report feature, there are so many different filters and they are all so useful.
I don’t like having to add an explanation for altering a time change as usually it’s just a mistake and you have to type an explanation in order to change it , which Is tiresome if you’re in a hurry.
I love the ease of the program. It's so nice being able to keep better track of when my employees come in.
The least liked about Jibble was the number of times that the software would crash and employees were unable to clock in or out and then an admin would have to go back and fix their times.
One of the great functions is reporting system that allows you to customize your reports for both internal, and external use. All in all great app, simple, safe and easy to use.
The flexibility of the software is limited in addressing some of our specific needs however there is no other software we can compare it to. The limitation of customizability has been our main issue.
Andrew B.: Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm a director of sales and I would give Timesheets.com a three out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. Prior to using Timesheets.com, we were using sort of a mixture between paychecks and then also sort of an internal Google Calendar type way of tracking who would be in the office at certain times and when people were coming and leaving. So Timesheets.com has made things a lot easier for us and definitely saved a lot of admin time, instead of having to look in multiple places and rely on our employees for logging everything correctly. We ended up choosing Timesheets.com just for the ease of use, the price and the simple onboarding process. Basically, it was very easy to get all of our employees logged into the system, show them how to use it, and we really haven't had to retrain anybody or had any major issues with it. The cost for the amount of employees we had we thought was a fair price there. Really, just getting it up and running was a very simple task. So we've been thrilled with the product so far and are glad that we chose it. In terms of onboarding and integration, Timesheets.com was extremely easy to use. I mean, really the only cumbersome part was getting all the employees access upfront and getting them sort of loaded into the system. But Timesheets.com assisted us with that and allowed us to save a little bit of time getting them all in there, as well as some useful resources to sort of explain to the employees exactly how to use it and use it the way that we're hoping to get the information out of them. So overall, it was a very easy onboarding process and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was for everybody to get up and running. When it came to Timesheets, it was a very good product and sort of opened the door for us in terms of ways to consolidate different resources and ways to track maybe when employees are coming and leaving and different things like that. We actually switched off the Timesheets a few months back, I think it was at the start of 2021. We just got offered a better price for a very similar product and they offered to sort of switch everybody over and onboard everybody. So it sort of came down to the pricing and that's why I gave it a three out of five stars originally.
Ankur: Hi, my name is Ankur. I'm a enterprise architect for a product SaaS company with a thousand people, and we have been using Jibble for a while. I would rate it five out of five. Prior to Jibble, we were trying to do this a couple different ways. We tried Excel sheets, we tried some email-based mechanisms as well as something, a different vendor with similar functionality, but we always were having to do either manual work in order to reconcile stuff, or it was a cost-ineffective way with some of the other vendors that we tried. I think Jibble is more than just pure playtime tracking. Not only does it have a very easy-to-use interface, but also, some of the employee productivity analysis or some of the billing features or the streamlined payroll-centralized features that it has, it really helps to have processes in and around the time tracking, and that complete package was very appealing for us. Jibble really makes it very, very easy to start. It's like point-and-click, very, very easy. Anybody in this day and age who can use smartphone can get started with Jibble. It has multiple interfaces for web or for phone. They really also come out and provide the initial help. You can reach them through chat or you can reply back to their initial email. It was very, very easy to start and get it set up. I think, in terms of advice, I think Jibble is a no-brainer if you are looking to do the time tracking, but also supplement the time tracking with some of the other features around, say, billing, invoicing, or payroll or anything like that. It's just Jibble makes it all very, very easy.
