They're super helpful and responsive when issues arise. I'm a super small agency, yet they've added features based on my recommendations.
But we plan on using their loss runs tool too. We just haven't gotten to it.
Customer service is amazing and they are very understanding and helpful with the smaller companies.
The certificates do not seem to work at all - they always mess up, the Additional Insured never populates, and there is no accessibility to make easy changes to the Certificate holders.

Miss out some information when importing to the rater. Needs reminder alerts on the screen, not only via email.

There is more of a learning curve than I expected. Also, there is a lot going on in terms of the layout which can be a bit intimidating at first.
A powerful tool with in so many aspects being a java developer i really got impressed the way tool was built and it is very inspiring.
The only issue that I faced was the connectivity issues. It kept saying service unavailable error and I had to stop/restart the server using putty.
In-built support for features like Captcha and Integration with Analytics Engines & Payment systems are very cool about the product. Overall, Innoveo is a very good package to use.

Features are more exciting and easy to use. UI is very understandable.
Business canvas UI is not too intuitive (may require the user to search around till you get used to the application a lot). In-built XSLT based PDF generation appears problematic at times.
Annette: Hi, I'm Annette and I am an owner agent in the insurance industry. I would give NowCerts a five out of five. So before I opened my own agency, I worked for another agency and we used TAM online. I examined that before I decided on NowCerts, and just really felt like that NowCerts was much easier or user-friendly than TAMS was. I decided to choose NowCerts for several reasons. The first one being that it was very user-friendly. Everything was very self-explanatory. The second major reason would be customer service. So anytime I need guidance on anything, I just pick up the phone. There's one certain lady that I speak to on a regular basis. If I can't get her, I can get someone else, but they are always available when needed. The other thing that I really like is the task to do list and reminders. So all three of those are included down the left side of the screen, and they give you those reminders daily, or a calendar pops up to let you know what you need to do. And the last thing that I really enjoy about NowCerts is the ease of merging insureds. So sometimes you put a insured in and you may write another policy for that insured, but the primary person may be the spouse on that policy. So when you download them, it will download them separately if the names are separate. However, you can go right up into the information and hit a little button that says merge insured, and it pulls it all in together. Very easy and simple. I found it very easy to integrate NowCerts into our company. Again, it was the customer service. If I had any issues with the computer or questions on how to integrate it to what we were doing, pick up the phone, called a representative, they walked me through every step. When it came to onboarding with our employees, NowCerts has video training videos to use for almost every topic they have. I would recommend NowCerts to any insurance agency that's looking for a new agency management system. Again, customer service is great. They're very user-friendly, easy to understand. And one of the other main reasons we picked them, price point.
