We had a wonderful experience with Survicate from start to finish. We really enjoyed the customization and ability to record partial responses.
I had some feedback on some features but it looks like they might take some time to implement them. Also, the fact that you loose you can't pool a report from all the surveys together is not ideal.

UI of trustmary is clean and good looking. Integrations to Hubspot are also great.
Some functions are bit too hard to get to. Also some of surveys are quite unclear to me how they work, that might also be user based problem.

The start was far too slow. And it stop working and we mist a lot of time without Trustmary but paying it.
Collecting recommendations from customers is very easy and makes biggest impact to sales. I like how easily i can integrate those recommendations that i like to pop up in my website.
