bike.rent Manager vs aReservation: Which is a better fit?

Very happy with the program and beyond impressed with the customer service. I'd especially like to say that I hope the CS agents are paid generously for the work they do.

Can get confused when cancelling or altering prices within booking themselves. If managed all, this is a very very small issue.

Easy to use, great support, nice staff. We have been looking for a long time to get a software like this, which specializes in the bicycle rental.

Processing payments is a bit confusing. For a smaller fleet, I had to use workarounds to manage our inventory as i wanted to.

I'm happy with the increase in capabilities and potential of BRM for River Riders. Based on this I'm confident we can continue to grow our rental operation with BRM.

There is no local on-line payment processor for my country (Chile). It gets us a lot of work manually processing reservations.

It's been great and now I get the hang of it I find it very easy and reliable.

There is some confusion about "capacity" and individual items.

I love how responsive everyone who works at Indexic is. I like they are constantly making improvements to the software.

If I had to choose a Least reason it would not be due to the program but for my inability to grasp all the different ways to process our needs.

I LOVE the customer service indexic provides!!! I LOVE how easy it is to use and make my reservations, keep up with what is going on, and just makes my life so much better.

I don't like that I do not have enough time to learn everything indexic can do so I miss out on some resources I could be using.

Every single staff member is professional, friendly, responsive and fun. You could not have picked a better team.

We have no concerns with the software, thay work hard to keep the system current.

We love aReservation and are so happy we switched products this year. I wish we had switched sooner.

Change can always be difficult and after starting with one process and having the staff train again to the updated system and process was a challenge but ultimately it all worked out.
