“The free-tier should have a minimum of 10-15 automation steps, including the delay-time steps - because even if you want to set a minimum of 4-5 emails on automation (which should be considered least for proper lead-to-conversion sequence), you'd need at least 10 steps on automation (5 mails, and 5 time-delays) - the current maximum of 5-automation-steps is a strict-restriction on email-automation, which is why most users use software like Mailer Lite for - it is strictly curtailing the very usecase of the software/app by restricting free-tier user to only 5-step-automations (this cannot be used for lead-to-conversion automation)“
