Overall I have loved my experience with Avid. I have used a plethora of AP processing platforms and by far Avid has been the most reliable and easy to use platform.

We wanted to make our business more efficient, make approvals more efficient, so we went with AvidXchange. We chose AvidXchange because it integrated really well with NetSuite, was really user-friendly. All of my end users took to it very quickly. The training was very simple. The onboarding experience was very clean and simple. It allowed us to code all of our invoices, make our approvals way more efficient, and remove all manual needs. I would say it was very easy getting started with AvidXchange. They had a really good team that onboarded us and walked us through every step. We held weekly meetings and walked through progress. It was a very simple process and I would definitely recommend it. My advice to anyone looking to get AvidXchange is to really clean up your processes and your GL accounts before going live or before pulling the trigger. I would say have your approval matrices ready so then you can just set it up exactly how you want it. Just the more prepared you are, the better the system will work for you. It truly is a good system that has a lot of capabilities and it definitely can make your processes cleaner and smoother and more efficient. And lots of end users and my senior managers and managers and those that approve have taken to it very well.
