Crelate vs SCOUT Recruitment Software: Which is a better fit?

Crelate was recommended to me by some ex-colleagues and buying this was one of the best business decisions I've made in a few years. The time it saves me has already made it worth the investment.

We were a paid customer for about 5 months and we were not using it so we thought the stop the service and resume it when we needed so we requested to cancel the account.

Overall, Crelate is a very solid ATS with a functional CRM. I think there are a lot of great features in the program that make the use and functionality of it very good.

Any company which does not have one click cancel subscription is never trust worthy. We have now asked the credit card company to dispute the charges.

The app is great to use on the go accept that you can’t move someone through the stages of the pipeline. The automations are great for communicating with the team.

So this could be user error (on my part)...But I do not find it easy to toggle back and forth between candidate documents.

I enjoy the ease of navigation throughout the different roles we are working. I love how you can find everything you need under the role and see where we are at in the process.

I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training.

We do things a bit differently and they have been great at offering suggestions for our circumstances. Easy to use program, and so great to have all candidates in one place.

The product sometimes gives results that may be confusing.

Carla is very accommodating and very patient. Her knowledge of the system is very good and like the way she keep the sessions friendly with positive.

Not too sure yet...haven't spent enough time on the system (been a few days).

It helps me sort through my candidates quickly, and is so helpful in managing all candidate communication. I love I can sort candidates and ensure I speak to the best applicants first.

They let just about anyone use the platform without properly screening the recruiters. The internal recruiters don't take the submissions seriously.

It was a pleasure getting SCOUT on-board and the feedback we have received from all of our hiring managers has been that the recruitment process is now seamless which is excellent.
