Crelate vs TopFunnel: Which is a better fit?

Crelate was recommended to me by some ex-colleagues and buying this was one of the best business decisions I've made in a few years. The time it saves me has already made it worth the investment.

We were a paid customer for about 5 months and we were not using it so we thought the stop the service and resume it when we needed so we requested to cancel the account.

Overall, Crelate is a very solid ATS with a functional CRM. I think there are a lot of great features in the program that make the use and functionality of it very good.

Any company which does not have one click cancel subscription is never trust worthy. We have now asked the credit card company to dispute the charges.

The app is great to use on the go accept that you can’t move someone through the stages of the pipeline. The automations are great for communicating with the team.

So this could be user error (on my part)...But I do not find it easy to toggle back and forth between candidate documents.

I enjoy the ease of navigation throughout the different roles we are working. I love how you can find everything you need under the role and see where we are at in the process.

I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training.

I love the reporting function. I like seeing which campaigns are doing better than others and how many diverse candidates I'm reaching out to.

Lag and data loss is the biggest downside by far (specifically, I lost previous email copy, webpages can take a while to load, and webpages can randomly jump between each other).

I like the ability to view candidates in Top Funnel directly with the condensed pop up view of their LinkedIn. I've enjoyed working with the TF team as support has been phenomenal.

I find that Clara can come across as a bit awkward to use with candidates.

The ability to contact any candidate from a lot of recruiting platforms is really amazing.

We need to send individual emails to each candidate and there's no bulk email option.

Good - it's a good LinkedIn extension tool with the option to have AI sourcing with a human touch.

I find it odd to pretend like it's a real person even though the responses it makes come across as robotic - I do not use this feature.
