Recruiters, or staffing agencies, looking to reduce their costs, deliver fast results, and take back more time in their day- freeing them up to grow their business and connect with more people.
Our target market is small businesses who want to hire quality talent, but don’t have the time or expertise to do it alone.
Crelate was recommended to me by some ex-colleagues and buying this was one of the best business decisions I've made in a few years. The time it saves me has already made it worth the investment.
We were a paid customer for about 5 months and we were not using it so we thought the stop the service and resume it when we needed so we requested to cancel the account.
Overall, Crelate is a very solid ATS with a functional CRM. I think there are a lot of great features in the program that make the use and functionality of it very good.
Any company which does not have one click cancel subscription is never trust worthy. We have now asked the credit card company to dispute the charges.
The app is great to use on the go accept that you can’t move someone through the stages of the pipeline. The automations are great for communicating with the team.
So this could be user error (on my part)...But I do not find it easy to toggle back and forth between candidate documents.
I enjoy the ease of navigation throughout the different roles we are working. I love how you can find everything you need under the role and see where we are at in the process.
I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training.
I love the help and support of their teams. They are constantly improving and adding features, so I’m excited to see the continual growth with the platform.
A lot of foreign applicants that looked to be fake.
WizeHire makes the attraction and recruiting process super simple and easy to navigate. This allows us to spend the majority of our time on the most important thing - the interviews.
If I had a question or problem, the web chat was available and someone got back to me right away.
I liked the interview questions, and being able to customize things as well was nice. Overall, very happy with choosing WizeHire.
No text option for communication with applicants.
I also greatly appreciate the team who is available to help with set up, answer tech questions, how to maximize the hiring opportunity and fix my good ups.
The interface took a little time to get used to but this wasn't a major challenge.
Zachary: My name is Zachary. I'm a business owner and I have a five star review for WizeHire. And for more reviews and information, click the link below. So with my business, we do a lot with small businesses and help them build better culture, better teams. And so we use WizeHire to help us track each hiring process with those companies. We just get a better pool of people coming in through WizeHire. And then we use their program to manage the interview stages from phone screen to inter person, to working interviews, to doing the personality test that they go on and do through WizeHire. It just gives a whole round process to the whole ... It simplifies the interview process where you're not trying to do it all in your head. It's just much better that way. What I like most is I think the customization of each company or each process. I can separate it into each hiring stages and then put, "Okay, if they make it to this stage, then I'm going to do this with them. They make it to this stage, then we're going to do this." And I can just move them through that process all the way through. So at any point in time, I can jump in on the program and know who is at what stages. And you can customize it. So if my cross hiring process is longer than some people's, then I can customize that and label the stages of different things and really change it to what works for me, and also put in the customized interview questions that I like to ask. And I can have all that in one spot. That way, I can compare answers from candidates on different things. So that's what I like most. I don't know that there's a whole lot that I dislike about it. I mean, there's been some nuances over the years that I've worked with the WizeHire team, they've helped me. I mean, when you're putting a job ad out there, they've kind of helped me with the backend of how the job ads work and how to word them, and putting several job ads up for one position to help that pool. I mean, I guess the only thing I dislike is not knowing the backend and how the computer systems send out the job ad. So really, I don't have a lot that I dislike. They've been an incredible team. They work with you and all the coaches will spend the time with you to help you write the right job ad and get the right people coming in. So they're an incredible team.
