We followed up with their team in September of 2020 about the error, and they refused to adjust. Please stay away from this company.
Their support documentation is some of the best I've ever seen and if we can't find a solution to a particular issue, their live chat representatives are incredibly helpful and responsive.
Adding notes/feedback around a candidate's interview performance is difficult in Greenhouse— especially with the lack of formatting (i.e. can't do bullets) in the text fields.
Overall, I think that Greenhouse is a really great choice for an ATS if you can afford it. It's a solid product with great customer support.
Managing different permissions can be confusing.

The inability to search for similar candidates through resume match.
Speed is very important for our business and Vincere.io is very fast. We're a fast-based business and we needed a solution that matched that speed - Vincere.io was the perfect solution.
As a day to day user, it's a problematic & frustrating system. The platform feels clunky, click-intensive and prone to bugs and problems.
Pretty good so far and their integration with other platforms like LinkedIn, for example, is great.
There is also a limitation to how much you can configure the on-cost.
It is a very organized system. Analytics is great - can see what is important and what needs to be focused on.
The system is quite laggy sometimes - Unsure whether this is our internet though.
In general, Vincere is a really flexible system - the database is excellent and the back end is very good and very stable.

Jeremy C.: Hi, my name's Jeremy. I'm a HR Generalist at Fair Two Education. We have about 100 employees worldwide and I would give Greenhouse a five out of five. So prior to using Greenhouse, we were using Jazz HR for our applicant tracking system, and we decided to switch Greenhouse just due to the simplicity of the software and the functionality of better onboarding and interview close. So Greenhouse's onboarding software was incredibly helpful and has really changed the game with how we automate tasks, onboarding people, and then greenhouse's interview workflow has just made it so much easier for us to coordinate interviews with hiring managers and make sure that there's less bias within the selection process for our candidates. The initial integration was fairly easy to set up. Setting up a bit more complex templates and everything took a bit more time. But overall, transferring all of our data over from our old ATS was pretty painless, and we still have all that data readily accessible even in Greenhouse, now. Definitely look at what your goals are with your ATS and with your onboarding system. Evaluate how you want to set it up. First off, what role your hiring managers are going to play in as opposed to your HR team? And once you have those goals set up, you can more easily identify how your teams can work together and how you want to initially set up and integrate your software.
Jamie: Hi, my name's Jamie. I'm a managing consultant for a legal alternative services head hunting company, and I give Vincere a 5 stars. In my previous company, we were using a CRM system for recruitment called Bullhorn. Very good system, but I just found Vincere better due to more of a visual journey of where our candidates and clients are going through their dashboard. We chose Vincere for a few reasons. The first one being that we needed a nice, simple system to use to be able to do our candidate and client management with. One of the biggest appeals was the visualizations. It makes it pretty clear at what stage of the process you are from both the candidate and client side. The second one or second reason that I really enjoyed to use Vincere was that it's integrations with our other third party softwares, whether that be for emailing, event planning, sometimes also from a resourcing perspective. It's been very useful to integrate it all together. And my third and final kind of highlight point is that the intelligence and AI stats that come through the system help keep the team focused and myself focused, which means that we make sure that we're doing the required amount of activity in order to achieve our goals. I'd say getting started, Vincere does take a few months to get really embedded, to be very truthful. But once you've got all of your software organized, your goals organized, gone through the training that they provide, and just get yourself accompanied with the system, then say it becomes very effective. Due to the size of the CRM system, I don't think anyone's expected to be an expert after a week, but I'd say within two or three months, once you've really got your feet into it, you really start to utilize it for all of its benefits. My one recommendation for people getting Vincere is to make sure that you utilize it to its full extent. Whilst it is very good for a GDPR and compliance tool, I'd say one of the most important things to know about it is that it can be used to take stress away from you. If you do fulfill the tasking element and the reminders that you can set through the system, it kind of helps you not have to remember every conversation you've had and will help increase your follow ups, which therefore helps increase your activity, which should hopefully lead to more placements and then more commission.
