The Brandfolder team was great in helping us migrate our assets from dropbox and organize them on the new platform. They're also extremely responsive to feedback.
There is something wrong with the functionality right now.
I love that you can actually see the assets. This is a gamechanger when looking at creative and photography.
It is confusing at first to figure out sections, labels, collections and pins. It didn't make a lot of sense when to use which.
Brandfolder is the best solution to help you sort, manage, and share digital assets. Plus, they invest in their customers by constantly innovating and improving their platform.
Also there’s no mobile app or watermarking feature which really makes working with this program difficult.
I love the organization of the platform and the ability to categorize everything. It makes downloading easy and simple and lets me customize the content with ease.
I am no longer printing out and dropping off info to customers.
Collaborating with multiple people is easy and effective, and there are many great features such as making comments and inserting edits that can be viewed and resolved.
I've recently been getting emails in error from Gsuite. I've contacted customer support and they have no explanation for these error emails.
This is an amazing tool that assists you in making your place better and more productive. It is easy to use and also cheap.
We have found the provide storage to be inadequate at our tier level, and have had problems with Windows 10 compatibility.
It’s so nice having everything in one place and starting off in a hub every single morning. What I like most about Google sweet is that it has literally everything a business needs.
It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.
To be honest it’s very user friendly and flexible. All modules are very usefully and important.
Painstaking to get it set up correctly on android, as well as my laptop. Confusing billing system, frustrating security, and terrible customer support.
Lindsey M. : Hi, my name is Lindsey. I am a senior marketing consultant. I give Brandfolder five stars. For more reviews like this, click on the link below. Before using Brandfolder, our agency was using a combination of many different tools, some of which I'm sure you've heard of, Dropbox, Box Google, Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, lots of different files. But Brandfolder really solved a problem by centralizing all of our files and making them in a clean, organized format that our clients can easily access. The reason we chose Brandfolder for our business is we needed a file management tool that was easy for our internal team that is completely distributed. So we have no physical office, so it was imperative that the organization and sharing capabilities of our file management system be easy to roll out company wide and truthfully, for people sitting all over the globe. It was also incredibly important that we had a tool that was easy for clients and their internal teams to navigate. So Brandfolder gives you the ability to create these awesome tabs and organization systems for files that are very easily searchable. You can pin them at the top, make easy to use buttons, and it really ... It's a great UI to work with, and so we're super happy with it. We've been using it for several years now and have rolled it out to over a dozen clients. So when we were rolling out Brandfolder internally, we took a lot of time to dig into file structure that would make sense for us as well as our clients. All of our clients have different engagements, so there's no one size fits all or turnkey solution for us. But Brandfolder made it really easy to establish a baseline and then start populating from there, identify the top categories that exist across almost all accounts, populate those and then customize further based on client engagement and need. I think our team was able to easily upload and transfer over files, was easily able to share access to the brand folders, both internally, as well as with clients and to this day, the sharing capabilities, as well as file download formats, are the biggest time savers for us as a company. I know we use them day in and day out of across our entire organization. If you're considering using Brandfolder for your business, I would highly recommend it. I think it's incredibly effective and efficient for large files for a lot of graphic elements and tools that really allow collaboration across teams. So if you're just looking for one person to manage files, sure it could be helpful, but I think where brand folder real shines is the organization for the agency side, graphic designers, account team, as well as clients all working together with the ease and access of files from a search tool that you don't have to have the exact file name, and you don't have to know exactly when this was created. The folder structure, the tagging, and really the pinning of categories makes it a no-brainer and super easy to use in your day-to-day business.
Eugene L.: Hi, my name's Eugene. I am the owner of a commercial real estate company. We have about five people within our company. And I give Google Workspace five out of five. I used Microsoft Teams before, and where Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace have similar functionality, I just found Google Workspace to be more user-friendly across all my employees in different departments. I chose Google Workspace for my businesses because of how user-friendly it is and how cost-effective it is. Onboarding Google Workspace was actually pretty easy. I started with the email functionality, our main form of communication with both clients and tenants alike with our commercial real estate business. And then, as we worked through that system, we started using the drive. We started using cloud functionality, Google Workspace Docs, spreadsheets, etc. For those of you looking to integrate Google Workspace into your business, I highly recommend making sure that you're aware of how to integrate your website with Google Business and how that works to improve your business, as well as get reviews, etc.
