SEQTA vs Teachmint: Which is a better fit?

The support is outstanding with SEQTA doing all that it can do make sure the product works for you.

It is impossible to manage or prioritise communication. Teachers are sick of me asking to re-send communications to my email address.

As an administration tool it is excellent. It manages administration content very well and is a great CMS.

One other thing we dislike is the cost that we now incur if we need changes made.

The support team is fantastic. I know the company prioritises this, so there is always someone knowledgeable to answer the phone and talk you through the issue and potential solutions.

But that's about the only tool I have available to enforce change. I really really don't like it, and I am looking to switch schools because of it.

Easy to move around and find what you are looking for or the help desk are very quick and the community support question section is helpful.

Login frustrations, can't reset password via email... was told to contact school who confirmed the username and password we should be using but it doesn't work.

Our overall experience is good with myclass campus is very good. Customer support is excellent and quick resolving.

It is continuously changing, which might be frustrating. New features and improvements are added far too often.

This is a amazing system that is working perfectly for us. All features and modules are easy to set up and easy to use.

We didn't buy the financial component, it was not included in the basic package. May be they can include some basic payroll stuff in basic package so we can generate pay slip through the software.

It is a very advance and flexible School ERP which establishes good communication between parents & Faculty. MyClassCampus support team is super helpful like training, query resolution, etc.

At times it becomes confusing from which module we need to proceed to edit or modify any entry regarding student or fee etc. because many of the modules are integrated.

This makes it easier for educators to keep track of student progress and provide students with timely and meaningful feedback to help them improve.

I am using this ERP since last one year almost, but didn't found and feature which I can say that it's missing over there.
