AutoLeap is ideal for auto repair shops, auto body shops, specialty shops, tire shops, multi-location operations, and franchises in the US and Canada. It's designed to scale with your business.
Forward thinking automotive repair shop owners who see value in technology, and the importance of active communications with customers.
It is very easy to use, connects my techs in the back with the front office, the customer support is amazing, any time I have a question or suggestion they are right on top of it.
Overall we were quite displeased with the program.
I was very happy with the integration and training provided. Customer service has been wonderful.
I cannot believe all we were missing before making the switch. I do not ever want to go back.
My overall experience with them is amazing now and they been helping me to get my shop running at its best and bringing in new customers.
I am not able to think of anything I don't like about their software.
This is great to be able to have everything all in one platform that is easy to use. The implementation team was so helpful and made sure we were set up for success.
It opens alot of tabs which is kind of annoying.
They are confident in their system and are always happy to walk me through the different features. The auto text feature, the moto visuals, and the picture and videos DVI is awesome to use.
The only downside I had was that it wasn't integrated into my shop management/billing program.
We love this, our customers love this, our techs love this. We are able to keep in touch with our customers, no guessing for them about the status our their vehicle.
Sometimes miss notifications and lots of steps to change settings.
I love the customer support, the training, and I love that the platform is customizable. The platform is very easy to use, I get to customize each and every line item in my digital vehicle inspection.
Some features that were more difficult have been sorted out through various updates.
The best part about this app is that it provides automated reminder texts and appointments which is pretty helpful.
Training 60 year old Techs to use a table was a pain.
Asher: Hello, my name is Asher. I'm the owner of Myrtle Beach Mobile Mechanics, and I give AutoLeap a four out of five. Prior to AutoLeap, I actually was not using any shop management software. I was doing everything by hand, and that was causing a lot of issues with organization and just general scheduling issues. So when I got signed up with AutoLeap, that helped a lot. I decided to go with AutoLeap mostly because the representative that I spoke with was just very helpful, answered all of my questions very well, and price wise, they were very competitive with the other places that I had looked into, and they just seemed like they possibly had a few more features available that the other ones didn't. Getting started with AutoLeap was a bit of a challenge. The onboarding team did a great job though, helping me through with everything and just kind of expediting the process as much as they were able. The worst part about it was just getting all of the information that I had been doing by hand prior, uploaded onto AutoLeap, but again, the onboarding team was very helpful in getting that done. And overall, it wasn't actually as bad as I was expecting. For anybody looking to get AutoLeap, the main recommendation or comment I would have is make sure to pay very good attention to all of the onboarding videos and information that they provide at the beginning, because otherwise the learning curve is definitely going to take you a little bit longer to get over, but because of all the information that's available to you and all the help from the onboarding team, it's not as bad [inaudible 00:01:47].
