User friendly, i can access my records from anywhere, great communication with the support team. Also i like the fact that the team tries to make it better and better and they succeed.
Lack of automated or custom reports. Lack of key metrics and KPIs in reports (e.g. COGS).

Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful. Clients seem to be very happy- we are much better about billing and emailing invoices and receipts at time of service.
There is no quick check for pricing. Reminder system is very fragmented and difficult to keep track of without giving your staff access to ALL of the reports, including financial.
We like the ease of use to create a client/patient and schedule appointments. The new feature allowing us to see cancelled or deleted appointments has been a wonderful addition as well.

I have been using Idexx Neo since it first became available in the United States. I have loved the easy use and the ease of access to customer support.
No user timed logout and no option to login with pin to switch users once the practice is logged in.
I like that it can be accessed completely online and they help icon is usually really helpful. As a new clinic with no one that has ever use this software, it was very easy to figure out.
No whiteboard built in, editing of estimates/invoices, overwriting when other users are in the record.
It's perpetually updated for no extra cost and it's very inexpensive. Those are great but their customer service is really excellent.
The time involved from checking clients in to check out is almost double what we had with an older outdated system. Hard to believe this is "the future.
