Website Toolbox is as simple or as powerful as you need it to be. Everything from small hobbyist to large enterprise forums for companies like Samsung, Whirlpool, & JetBlue use Website Toolbox.
The directory has got good features for its price and is affordable. My overall rating is better than my expectation.
However, when you receive an email from someone who you have just spoken to on the phone that has no relation to the phone call, it comes across as a little fake.
We read all the reviews, tried all the free trials, and finally made our decision. After extensive evaluation, the Brilliant Directory product easily won the competition.
Initially, I was frustrated as we started to build the site.
Also, the incorporation of customer feedback into developing a mature product is obvious and just one of Brilliant Directories' many strengths.
Limited front end design, unless you know a lot of coding.
Naturally when I came to Brilliant Directories I was full of questions about features, product, services, implementation and much more. My rep was super helpful and patient with my questioning.
I'll let you know once I open it to the world. I haven't tested it with the real members yet.
The customer support is incredible. A tech company with excellent customer support seems too good to be true.
I feel trapped because I can understand their frustrations but I can’t do anything about it.
Website toolbox makes it easy, affordable, and super efficient. And the site is a clean and simple, beautiful design.
When my customer has not made an account, they don't get prompted to make an account. They simply cannot comment on threads, and they are confused.
My users are also very happy too. I don't think I could have created a better forum with something else, but I haven't explored other options - too happy with this.
Also some features no longer work, such as embedding the forum into a Facebook page state tab as Facebook have changed some of their features. The tutorials need to be updated to reflect this.

And for more reviews like this, you can click below. So prior to finding Website Toolbox, we were unable to do virtual interactive activities with some of the groups that we were working with. We were having to do things in a non-virtual way. We were having to do activities and connection points manually. And Website Toolbox gave us the opportunity to do forums and give homework assignments to the development groups that we were working with, assign them homework, give them opportunities to connect as teams virtually. And this was several years ago before everybody was really working in teams virtually. So dependently, the Website Toolbox gave us really cool opportunities to put questions out there for teams to go in and just have some forum space to interact. And it was a really neat way for us. I think a lot of bloggers use Website Toolbox too as well, but we were really able to use it in a professional development space really uniquely to connect teams and management teams in a virtual space. Mostly because it was affordable and accessible and we could use it off the shelf really easily. Website Toolbox was really easy and accessible for us to use. I didn't have any training in this. I'm not a technical person, but it was super easy for us to implement. I would just recommend that you go out and you check it out. You plug and play and give it a try because we found it to be a really great solution for us.
