Kelly Elise U
Owner
5.0

Kelly: I'm Kelly. I'm the owner of Bloom Counseling and Nutrition. We're a group practice of about 13 employees. And I give Receptionists for iPad a five-star rating. Before we had the Receptionist for iPad, we really didn't have any process. We had a waiting room and we would just have to go in and check the waiting room from our office a lot to see if our clients had arrived yet. So the Receptionist for iPad was the first thing that we tried that actually helped us have a system for knowing when our clients arrived. I chose the Receptionist for iPad because the whole system looked really professional. When I looked at the other options out there, it wasn't affordable option compared to hiring a receptionist. We also didn't really have the space for a receptionist desk in our waiting room. It also is a really easy way for us to know when our clients arrive because they just check in on the iPad and it shoots a text to our cell phones, letting us know they're there and ready for their session. So the whole thing is really seamless and easy and is a great solution for us in our space. Getting started wasn't too bad. I think it was pretty user-friendly. We've had it for about two years, so I don't fully remember, but I'm not the most technologically savvy person and I was able to figure out the setup myself and use the online system to load all of our providers into it and get the app on the iPad. And anytime I did run into a hiccup, the customer support was able to help me through it. For anyone considering getting the Receptionist for iPad, I would highly recommend it. I think it's a system that when your clients arrive and their first impression of coming into your space, it is really professional. It is easy for the clients to follow. They know what to do, and it's really efficient in the need that it serves for informing us of who's there. And I really have no complaints. So for anyone considering it, I would encourage it. Especially looking at the alternatives of having a human receptionist in the waiting room, it's just much more affordable. So I think it's a great solution.

Erica C
Finance Coordinator
5.0

Speaker 1: My name is Erica. I'm a financial coordinator in the behavioral health industry, and I give Envoy a five. Before Envoy, we had a paper sign-in system that we had to manually enter into our billing software. So switching over provided safety, especially now during COVID, without having to touch pens and pass a clipboard around, and make it much more easy and convenient. Also, all of our information, all of our sign-ins are one there in one nice convenient place that I can export right out of Envoy and into Excel, to pull the information and the data I need, which made it really amazing. The reason we chose Envoy is because of its ease of use and convenience. We were able to get our iPad set up that we already had, it was able to have on all stations so people could use it theirself, freeing up more of our staff from doing those sign-ins. It just the overall use and ease of Envoy was everything that we needed to keep our business flowing, to keep us COVID compliant, and just make everything go smoothly. Envoy onboarding, and switching everything over was so simple. I was even able to get all of our staff together and get them trained in a short 15 minute session. Everybody felt comfortable and able to use Envoy. Everything was just seamless. It just kind of moved over and it wasn't a big deal at all. It wasn't a huge concern, but once we did it and saw how easy it was, it was just perfect. The recommendations that I would give for using Envoy is, I mean, everything is right there. We have our legal user agreements all downloaded onto the system, so that way everything's signed in one fell swoop. Permissions for taking photos, everything we needed, we're able to upload. So you can even put in your legal documents that you need signed when people show up, they can sign in theirself. It gives you a photo, so you're able to identify the person you're looking for if maybe this is your first time meeting them. Like I said, it keeps all of your information in one nice place, which is easily able to export to an Excel spreadsheet. So that way, you can do whatever you need with the data, separate your visitors to types, times, all different kinds of things. Capture signatures, email addresses, phone numbers, everything in one nice little package.
