Uploadcare is a perfect fit for media-heavy digital services with customers all over the world. These are: SaaS companies, eCommerce and eLearning platforms, innovative media, and more.
The customer service is fantastic and I can say without a doubt that this product has been a great success for us.
Now that this feature is no longer available, you must rely on each administrator to enable the proper permissions to each individual user. This is time consuming and leaves room for error.
It's a clean, easy to customise site that looks impressive to the client, and does the basics perfectly.
That one extra little step to delete the previous search term is an annoyance.
It's simple to organise your assets and distribute them effectively. It's great to offer people the opportunity to download the file size that suits them.
The team previously had an increasingly complex array of folders that made finding images frustratingly difficult.
Offers features that are only available MUCH more expensive DAM systems. Excellent storage options, highly customisable with great options for applying branding and great pricing.
The layout is the main concern, as all the pictures are lumped together in a folder, generally with small preview images, so it can be tough to tell which is which when navigating around.
Their widget is the best out there, integrations are well supported, pricing is good compared to concurrence.
Bored, the validation was complicated, I was expecting inline validations but took longer than expected.
It's easy to set up - my developers were happy to use it. The user experience is self explanatory and all the users were happy with the user interface and overall performance.
There have been some billing inconsistencies in the past which were not ideal. This could have been prevented.
It he been useful for the various services we need. It is reliable and the pricing is affordable.
Still some UX issues in the builder, docs sometimes lack explanation, disallow auto file storing and your app gets really messy.
I found Uploadcare to be so easy to integrate with a client's Webflow landing page form. It also provides a nice and easy user experience, which is important for our lead generation.
Its features are very limited and very different from the bought packages.
Michael S.: Hi, my name is Mike. I'm the director of research and innovation, and I would give Filecamp a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Prior to using Filecamp, we were using Dropbox. It wasn't working for us because we wanted something that had a lot of customization in terms of white labeling for our company. We also wanted something that could have a lot of users, but not a huge price attached to that for having tons of users. The big reason we chose Filecamp was for its ability to customize file folders and files themselves the icons for them. We have a lot of non-tech savvy users that use our service. So we wanted something that looked very easy for people. So having photos attached to the thumbnails was really important. We also wanted to be able to white label the login so that when people would go to login, it didn't look like they were logging into a Dropbox or to Google drive. But instead that they were logging into our company's portal. So that was really the most important. Those two are the real important ones because no other service that we found have that. We looked around extensively for anything else that would have that option, and we could not find it. So that alone was our main reason for choosing it. But in addition, we chose it because it's relatively easy to use their service from a basic looking at it perspective. The backend is easy to use for purchase or for our users. So that was another reason we chose it. We also chose it because there are unlimited users for all of their accounts. That's huge because a lot of the other services, they have a charge per user or up to a certain number of users. That would've become prohibitively expensive for our company. So because they have unlimited users for all of their accounts, that worked perfectly for us. So those really are the key reasons we chose Filecamp. It was very easy to get started with Filecamp. If you've used any other file-sharing or cloud storage service, it's going to be pretty similar to all of those. You're given an admin account. You can upload folders and give permission to various users. Everything was pretty easy, and they did have documentation and help as well available if you needed it. And I believe I did contact their support, and they did help with a couple of things. But it was really easy. Even the customization of the folders and the white labeling of the login. All of that was really intuitive to use. So if you're considering Filecamp, think about whether you want the customization for files and for thumbnails, et cetera. If so, this is really your only option out there based on our searching. Also, make sure you don't have huge file size needs because compared to other services like Dropbox and Google Drive, you're not going to get as much storage as you might be used to. So if you are looking for a huge amount of storage, it's going to be expensive for you. But if you have mild needs in terms of storage. Definitely, this can be a great choice for you and potentially the only choice if you want customization.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
