I find the banking side confusing but I think this is my ignorance and not re-leased. Apart from this there isn't really nothing I do not like about it.
Instant reminders, being able to access information through the cloud are all very important features for our clients. Great customer support, good follow up as well.
I do not think the reports work well from the information we are inputting to the system. This could be user error but we do not get any data on vacent percentages etc.
I find it very friendly from the commercial department, all the information is successfully saved and easy to get.
Still find myself falling back on spreadsheets for more bespoke tasks.
Also, I love Re-Leased's customer service. Everyone that I have spoken with has been friendly, knowledgable, patient, and quite helpful.

I love the prospective tenant that they fill out application, schedule viewings then write the lease all super easy to use. Automatic rent payments work perfectly everytime.
The system can be difficult to navigate at times. Some of the reports, invoices, etc. aren't always categorized in an orderly way which can be frustrating.
This is an organization that is very customer focused, and they do a fantastic job of implementing features that their users suggest. The application is very robust.
Too many options which make it difficult to navigate sometimes but I guess different clients have different options needed.
The turnaround times are great when it comes to customer service and getting issues addressed which is highly appreciated during pressing times. Overall a pleasant experience so far.
