I-Pro Booking System vs Cloudbeds: Which is a better fit?

We are happy using the system for our business we tend not to have any problems with it on a day to day basis. There are some improvements we would like but overall we are happy with the product.

If only we had done this before signing up and paying 100% upfront. We have abandoned the software and they refused to refund at all stages despite it not working and being so delayed.

We have been with iPro for a while and feel the booking system is great. There is an easy integration of the system with our own website and the platform keeps our reservations safe and secure.

The entire process of working with them has been terrible because no one person oversees your change over and set up.

It is good that we have the opportunity to managed our own CMS as we wish as it makes life simple to just go into the back office and change settings and website content as we wish.

They have chosen to ignore my suggestion - another poor business ethic and typical of their ineptitude.

In addition, the synchronization with Trip Advisor ( Holiday Lettings etc) is great help as it saves time in uploading properties twice ( or more times!) and calendars are responsive within seconds.

Extremely poor planning and implementation. Disorganised and all round just very bad and highly stressful to deal with.

Great software to support my website booking system. Excellent support, help & guidance from initial purchase through to live integration with my website developers.

It is frustrated to deal with problems when there is no timeline attached as to when the problem will be solved.

The original sales rep in 2020 [sensitive content hidden] was amazing. So supportive, happy to help and fix any problems.

Cloudbed boasts of having a plethora of people, despite that it is impossible to have a French-speaking interlocutor ... which is far from being a dead language.

It´s great that you can choose which add-ons you want and only pay for what you need. This is a great concept.

Reporting very poor, there are a total of 26 usable reports, of which only 6 pertain to revenue management and there's no pace report, which is a basic revenue report.

It's overall a really good software platform, and their amazing customer service and constant improvements makes it a really good value. I highly recommend them.

A few missing features in my opinion, such as a mobile app with cc processing for checking/out.
