FORM OpX vs Papertrail: Which is a better fit?

The platform works extremely well and has been effective in ensuring we provide outstanding service to our customers. Customer service at Form.com is top notch.

The app lags during this process and sometimes will close by itself or the picture just acknowledged does not get added and is lost in the ether.

By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.

This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.

Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.

Sometimes fix can be long coming. Note: A problem is not always a fault it can also be an issue at the user-end.

This is a terrific software platform. I have used it with dozens of schools, helping hundreds of educators and thousands of students.

I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.

Overall, I am delighted with Papertrail for our PPE and equipment management. It's an innovative, forward-thinking product that has greatly enhanced our operations.

In the past our PPE records were maintained in an Excel spreadsheet and there were datapoints missing and no notification of inspections due, it also made inspections monolithic.

Good at reminding when inspections are due. I have not used any of the LOLER forms yet as not required for my purposes but seem a very good tools as well.

Restricted users came in recently with a change and that has been more difficult as we try and navigate around who has access etc.

A great product and user friendly. I have multi nationalities working for my company and they all find it easy to use despite some language difficulties.

The inability to complete the same amount of features on mobile devices s a laptop or pc.

Very capable system that becomes fully intuitive with guidance and use. It can save days of labour over a year and allow for a comprehensive record of all plant and PPE.

Also, I'm missing a feature to add/find a record by barcode (use barcode scanner to identify the product).
