I started using Square Point of Sale, before that I was using paper, I was actually not using software and there had to be a better solution for cumbersome and non-sustainable use of paper. I chose Square Point of Sale because of the first price was that it was affordable to combine it with other services they have such as merchant services and also due to the scheduling, the convenience that it provided, being used in conjunction with the merchant services that they provided. Square Point of Sale was relatively easy to integrate into my business. Unfortunately, not all features that I learned with other software were available such as exporting data onto Excel. I recommend that with point of sale and with any other software that this is going to integrate and it's going to make your business run more efficiently and smoother. One reason that I really did like it is because it was very simple and basic to use. So for anyone that wants to get up and going immediately, this would be a good software to use.
David: Hi, I'm David. I'm the CEO of Debonaire DC, which is a dry cleaner and laundry services in Australia, and we use CleanCloud and rate them five out of five. That's a really good question because I came from the corporate world prior to buying a dry cleaning and laundry service business, and I had a lot of access in that job to software. And when I bought this business, I knew that the Australian software was not at the same standard and didn't know anything about if there was a solution worldwide. So I did some research, which took about 12 months to do and came up with CleanCloud and was amazed at their penetration at the time. So I did a really in-depth review with worldwide companies, and it was CleanCloud's commitment that I was really impressed with. When we started with CleanCloud, that was about five or six years ago, and I was looking for a cloud solution. And in this industry, that didn't seem to be the norm. And so it was really the fact that they were forward-thinking, they were looking about how to have one instance of some software, how to create user groups. And so it became really easy after talking to them that they seemed to have both, not only a vision, but an absolute strategy to supply software for this industry at the premier end of town. Because I had some background in software, it was probably easier for me than it could be for other people, but I remember at the time, they actually had a solution of being able to walk you through that and help you, which we didn't need at the time. But really, the ability to take your current data and upload it is really not a highly complicated process. So from end to end, it basically, we closed our software from the previous company on a Friday night, and then Monday morning, we were live working in a fully robust environment. And that handover and transition was seamless. The users, because CleanCloud has created this ability to make changes and adopt those changes through the user group, it is really powerful. So when you buy this software or you use this software, my one recommendation is if you need a change, let them know because they have a robust program of monthly looking at updates. And through my time in the last five or six years, those updates had become both more regular and greater in volume. And it's because the users are wanting their little change and then they take it into their lab and decide whether it's going to be implemented worldwide.
