RAMS vs SafetyLoop: Which is a better fit?

Very good, very helpful friendly staff, and we receive regular positive comments from our customers about the quality of the RAMS.

Also, it fails to spell check properly in most browsers, which can make your documents look unprofessional if full of mistakes.

The customer service is excellent and CSR has been very friendly and professional througout the partnership.

Some minor teething problems with integrating the training register but these were dealt with by the team at HandsHQ really quickly.

Customer Service is outstanding, with the Chat facility and having our own account manager means we do not lose time waiting for queries to be answered.

The ease of use of the system is an asset to us because it allows all of us in the office to use it rather than just our health and safety department.

How easy and user friendly it is. Asset management is great and being able to upload documents is a huge positive.

Sometimes lags when using offline, takes quite some time to load.

The staff at safetyloop are awesome. They are responsive and passionate and the app is reliable.

Need quicker response as it is to slow to react on some problems that need attention.

Track records of training, develop risk assessments, digitize work permit system, conduct weekly inspections, develop incident reports, conduct orientations via SafetyLoop, etc.

I like that you can customize the forms to what your company needs and how the workers complete them. Their customer service team ([sensitive content hidden] especially) is fantastic.

I'm more of a purple or black kind of guy. Seriously though it answers most of, if not all of my concerns and questions about paper copies, so currently I have little to complain about.
