The customer service is fantastic and being able to have such a bespoke set up was perfect for us.
Auto lead capture has been missing but I am told is coming very soon. The search box is infuriating.
We ended up with a lot of bespoke work done and I'm pleased to say it suits our needs perfectly. The version 8 upgrade went smoothly and we love the new interface.
The downside to this software is the restrictions with the characters in some text boxes and by only being allowed so many of each type of field.

It is a good software to increase our marketing performance. It is easy to use and with an intuitive program the flow functionality is remarkable customize.
For that reason it is useless as a sales tool. So as a user experience/tracking tool it is bordering on too expensive.
Leadfeeder is a great platform and tool for supporting your business. It can support your sales efforts or provide you with great insights into who your customer is (or might be).
Visitors from those countries are not our target market, so we filter out their information to avoid paying for it as an unqualified lead.
