What I liked the most was the clarity of the outputs and the speed of their processing.

AWFUL after, no assistance, skyrocketing prices, confusing update. They managed to make something that worked.

The ease in setting up the test. The way the test results are delivered immediately to the student and are clear, large font and good design.

No flexibility on export / import. Question types are limited.

After purchasing Questbas 2+ years ago, our services improve significantly because customers love the service we provide through Questbase.

This company does NOT respond to communications. We have paid them for at least 8 years and when the site is down, which happens every few months, there is no communication from them whatsoever.

We have been using this application since 2016, and the overall (ease of use) from the user feedbacks are very positive.

I miss a whiteboard so students can draw the answer or you can use graphs in the test.

It helps in filtering the candidates and get the best among the interviewed individuals. Also different type of tests are available with respect to designation so match making becomes more effective.

If there was an option of negative marking ; I would give negative marking instead of zero. Your so called Business Development people have no sense to talk to clients.

Cost Effective assessment salutation, Excellent customer experience, high flexibility for candidates, easy to understand results, bilingual ( English & Arabic tests).

When a test disconnects due to bad internet or accidental shut down or hung computer, not very intuitive way to restart the test, where it ended.
