It give me an opportunity to engage with our customers through the online portal. The pricing is good and secure online networking system that cannot be compromised by cyber attacks.

This product has reliable communication infrastructure that enables teams in the organization to engage effectively. The meeting reminders helps me to keep in touch with work schedule.
Don't go for BoardPaq and BoardPad. They have lousy features and lousier support.
The company projects a good image. The employees exercise very good customer care and support.

Probably the biggest fault, based on the feedback from our Board is. Why didn't we get it sooner.
We love the software and the service from support is outstanding. We have a phenomenal relationship with eSCRIBE staff.
As a result staff got frustrated and lost trust in the software.
It makes putting together an agenda a pleasure instead of the old nightmare it use to be. The ease of putting in agenda items once approved is amazing.
We lost some functionality after the last upgrade.
Customer service is outstanding - friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.
The information provided for updating is a bit confusing. As I am not a techno wizard when the updates come I am never sure if they are to be forwarded on to all eScribe users or just ipad users.
Ease to create agendas and the task management allows us to keep track of outstanding issues from every meeting. We are looking forward to seeing the product in HTML.
The inability to track resolutions (I am not sure how others manage their resolutions to ensure completion or to see what resolutions are still "on the books").

With that, we are able to create a [inaudible 00:00:29] number of users by doing our day to day business meeting, like board meeting, [inaudible 00:00:38]. Everyone just connect to the app and do everything [inaudible 00:00:42] business. I like Convene's productivity of the app because it's user-friendly and easy to use. Everyone in the business understand how to operate it. The app is so good. I love everything about it, yeah. But I'm thinking the app can do more, like [inaudible 00:01:02]. So I think that maybe they can keep up to date of the new features that it needs to bring onto there now to make it much more faster than ever before.
