Senior leadership teams and board directors of listed companies, non-profits, SMEs, and governments that require an easy to use, secure platform to access meeting files and collaborate productively.
Anyone trying to engage their audience or employees through presentation.
It give me an opportunity to engage with our customers through the online portal. The pricing is good and secure online networking system that cannot be compromised by cyber attacks.
Genuinely not sure what i can think of as a negative.
This product has reliable communication infrastructure that enables teams in the organization to engage effectively. The meeting reminders helps me to keep in touch with work schedule.
Don't go for BoardPaq and BoardPad. They have lousy features and lousier support.
The company projects a good image. The employees exercise very good customer care and support.
Limited end-user and administrator training sessions.
I am very happy with the product and the customer support team are very good.
Probably the biggest fault, based on the feedback from our Board is. Why didn't we get it sooner.
Best thing I like about GoToWebinar is its intuitive UI screens. It makes navigation easy to do your tasks like sharing relevant content, muting/ unmuting an individual, having a video conversation.
It is quite costly to use which restricts its usage. Sometimes there are technical errors while using it.
The experience has been super amazing just to say the least. We found a safe and reliable virtual room where we can always go to when facilitating our online events and webinars.
It tends to be hard to get into. I don't believe it's just user error, or computer error, because it happens fairly often that someone had a hard time entering the meeting.
Goto Webinar offers the best quality audio and video streaming, this was especially great during online seminars and training that we have organized for customers and internal team members.
Except these problems there aren't any problems that I can tell.
Overall experience has been good, nice to have a platform that is reliable for high stake webinars.
This can make things a bit confusing and difficult if you're dealing with multiple recordings and multiple links.
Shedrack M.: My name Shedrack. I work in Tech Industry University and I give Convene five out of five, yeah. We use Covene in the business in creating [inaudible 00:00:22] business. With that, we are able to create a [inaudible 00:00:29] number of users by doing our day to day business meeting, like board meeting, [inaudible 00:00:38]. Everyone just connect to the app and do everything [inaudible 00:00:42] business. I like Convene's productivity of the app because it's user-friendly and easy to use. Everyone in the business understand how to operate it. The app is so good. I love everything about it, yeah. But I'm thinking the app can do more, like [inaudible 00:01:02]. So I think that maybe they can keep up to date of the new features that it needs to bring onto there now to make it much more faster than ever before.
Joshua O.: Hi. My name is Joshua once again. I work with AORUS UK. I'm an infrastructural engineer. And I'm here to rate GoToWebinar, and I'm giving GoToWebinar four over five. We use GoToWebinar to set up project meetings, and all the webinars in terms of team collaboration with inside and outside domain. So that's pretty much what we use that for. One of the good things I love about GoToWebinar is the integration factors such that it's easily integrated into third-party application, which make life much more easier in terms of integrating GoToWebinar with Salesforce, and any other app, third-party app. It makes it much more easier. Yeah. So one of the few things that I think GoToWebinar should improve is it has a custom-built system where it's limited to what is programmed for you to use. So it's not flexible. Right? So it should more be flexibility in terms of using the pre-built templates when you want to start up a webinar, or hosting more individuals in a training session. So it should be more flexible such that you can tweak the already built-in templates. So that's the only thing I feel they should work more on.
