Jason S
learning and development specialist
5.0

Jason S.: Hey there. My name's Jason, I am a Learning and Development Specialist. I am giving SAP Litmos a five out of five stars and if you want to see some more reviews like this, click below. Some other products that we were looking at were Cognition, Matrix, Adobe Prime and the reasons why we didn't go with them was, one was cost. The other was, they just weren't very easy to use. They were hard to use on the backend. It was hard to get what we wanted out of it, without actually having to hire somebody to do it, like from Cognitions or from Matrix, because the customization just wasn't there for us to do, without being like a developer within that LMS. One of the reasons why we went with SAP Litmos was because of the customization. You really can customize the layout to almost whatever you want and with a little bit more knowledge and experience, you could really customize Litmos to exactly the way you want. You can even have your own URL. SAP Litmos was so easy to get integrated into the company. We had it up and running within a matter of like a week, I think. And we were able to get users up and on, our courses uploaded real fast, and like I said, the customer service at SAP Litmos is fantastic. So any issues we had, they were quick to jump on, help us out. They really wanted us to get up and running as fast as we wanted to, so they were great. Key things to keep in mind for when you're shopping for an LMS system is really know what you're looking for and know that you need customization in order to have that user really log in and have it look like your web page and your branding, which is what SAP Litmos allows you to do. It gives you that ability to brand and you're also really want to look for something that's easy to use. That's intuitive. You don't want to have people getting lost as they're trying to find courses or trying to learn.

Mikella J
Human Resources Coordinator
4.0

Mikella J.: Hi, my name is Mikella. I am the HR coordinator at my company. I use Adobe Captivate, and I would rate it four on a scale of one to five. For more reviews, click below. We use Adobe Captivate Prime to bring on some of our new employees and give them training tools and materials. We have different presentations and things that we kind of distribute through Adobe Captivate. It's kind of like a one, two software for us. We use it for a couple different things. What I really like about Adobe Captivate Prime is that it's easy to use. The user interface is pretty straightforward. Coming from an HR team or somebody that's an administrator, it's easy to roll out and ultimately, all of the troubleshooting and kind of the changes that might occur on the software are easy to navigate. Something that I would change about Adobe Activate Prime is its initial login procedures. Sometimes, we have issues with logging in. We have other people that have issues with logging in. I think this just has to do with general interface and the way that people are given their passwords and their login info. So it's not necessarily a issue with the program, but I wish it was easier to log in, generally.
