CPG & Industrial Manufacturing
I have been using litmos for about a year and have had a great experience. It is easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.
Combined with the bugs listed above, this creates frustration for admins.
Very Flexible and very easy to use.its ability to generate quick report is top notch. Affords you the ability to engage with learners as well as track track their progress.
I'm incredibly disappointed with Litmos. I used it several years ago with a different employer (before SAP) and did not encounter the amount of bugs, challenges that we do now.
It has been great moving to this solution as we have increased user engagement due to the design interface, easy navigation and test/quiz setup. I love the reporting features.
It is really difficult to find an issue with this software.
Ease of use and a great support staff. I really enjoy the simplicity of the product, the number of features and how quickly is was to begin using.
Many months later I contacted someone by email who setup an alternative billing portal. When we wanted to cancel, we asked the rep and he said to send an email to them requesting cancellation.
My opinion is that is a wonderful app to have standards of how to do something.I recommend for every manufacturing peoole that have to follow instructions to do their Jobs according to the standard.
Problem with tables creation , difficult to create tables.
Swipe guide is an interesting and educative or innovative application, that help in educating and enlightening people.
Editor is not very well laid out and all other editors can access your work and edit. Should have restriction on each users work.
Quick and easy ROI (Return of Investment), SImplicity yet effective, Scalable and Listens to the users for improved functionality.
It can also be difficult when viewing on an iPad. Sometimes when you press for the next slide, it will skip a slide and move two slides forward which can be difficult when training.
I think swipe guide is a very useful program. I like having to creating procedures and implement them to allow a more efficient process with training, assembly, etc.
I think for example that could be more configurable for admins. For example one disadvantage is that inside of a guide, i havent got the optiona to create subthemes inside of themes.
Jason S.: Hey there. My name's Jason, I am a Learning and Development Specialist. I am giving SAP Litmos a five out of five stars and if you want to see some more reviews like this, click below. Some other products that we were looking at were Cognition, Matrix, Adobe Prime and the reasons why we didn't go with them was, one was cost. The other was, they just weren't very easy to use. They were hard to use on the backend. It was hard to get what we wanted out of it, without actually having to hire somebody to do it, like from Cognitions or from Matrix, because the customization just wasn't there for us to do, without being like a developer within that LMS. One of the reasons why we went with SAP Litmos was because of the customization. You really can customize the layout to almost whatever you want and with a little bit more knowledge and experience, you could really customize Litmos to exactly the way you want. You can even have your own URL. SAP Litmos was so easy to get integrated into the company. We had it up and running within a matter of like a week, I think. And we were able to get users up and on, our courses uploaded real fast, and like I said, the customer service at SAP Litmos is fantastic. So any issues we had, they were quick to jump on, help us out. They really wanted us to get up and running as fast as we wanted to, so they were great. Key things to keep in mind for when you're shopping for an LMS system is really know what you're looking for and know that you need customization in order to have that user really log in and have it look like your web page and your branding, which is what SAP Litmos allows you to do. It gives you that ability to brand and you're also really want to look for something that's easy to use. That's intuitive. You don't want to have people getting lost as they're trying to find courses or trying to learn.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
