Safefood 360° vs Aptean Food & Beverage ERP JustFood Edition: Which is a better fit?

Electronic food safety and quality management system. Very happy to hear that we have a software platform to manage quality and food safety programs.

Risk is still a bit confusing to me, just need to rewatch the tutorials.

I like the fact you do not need to be great with a pc to complete the assessments on the system. I find it clear and easy to find materials, suppliers and documentation.

You keep trend of complaints regarding different products etc. Can easily see if there is something wrong.

I've only used the software for the last year and a half. The functionality is good and the maintenance of documents is amazing.

There is several modules that is confusing and overlapping.

We have recommended it to other users. Auditors / customers are always impressed by the product.

Frustration with generating some reports to understand my actions.

The software is very robust being based on the Microsoft platform. Offering a great operations intensive software that can improve any production facilities processes and data acquisition.

I thought that the training I received from Just foods was horrible. Everything that the person was talking about was very technical instead of regular people terms.

They are resolved in a timely manner. The communication is excellent if something has to be escalated.

The wording in the program is not food oriented but manufacture oriented. The reporting system is awful as well.

Fully capable quality platform integrated with audit checks that extend over even to the warehouse. A robust system that can enhance any PM program as well.

Unfortunately problems sometimes requires a developer to get involved, which sometimes come at a cost.
