The Talent 360 Platform is an excellent product to allow staff to measure and reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and allows them to easily formulate positive developement plans where necessary.
I find it can be hard to navigate the product which is a result of poor UX. The buttons are not obvious which means that the majority have to be pressed before you get to the page you need.
The support from the Head Light team has been fantastic - very reactive to our requests - very good at explaining options available to us.
It would be good to hide all the custom texts that we don't use, I found this the most annoying but only minor.
Talent360 is easy to set-up and offers several unique features. The system assigns a Quality Score to each feedback submission, which reassures the credibility of the feedback.
The manage feedback page for tracking progress is nice and clear. It is easy to add, remove or amend reviewers as well as sending chasers.
