Overall, the service is excellent, the customer services and the features are amazing, being a digital nomad and having to travel a lot, Deel helps me keep track of my work and clients.
Worst payroll/hr company ever. They won't even contact the unemployment office for me to answer the questionnaire for my unemployment claim.
Their customer service team is very responsive and does their best to solve issues swiftly.
But now the worst part is that they say it should already be in my bank account but it's not and the bank statements don't show the transfer or that they are holding for review.
I like how customer support help me with problems, the were quickly and very friendly with the request. Also I like how easy is to find the assistance.
This platform is bad, they don’t value the employees.
I love to use Deel, The platform is great, and simple to use but complete with all the features that we need. I recommend it to all my colleagues.
Not flexible about compliance(most requests are denied).
I can select the modules that best suit my needs. Their method of execution is comprehensive, their follow-up is reliable, and their staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Paycor is difficult to change/cancel/adjust time off. I struggle with the time off section and often have to just delete the PTO submitted and resubmit when there is an error.
I like that the implementation was super smooth and easy. It's never easy to switch providers, however, our implementation team was amazing.
From the start, our experience with PayCor has been horrible. False claims during sales.
Our company uses Paycor not just for paystubs, but also for company recognition-- which is nice to have a formalized platform to document positive feedback.
Registration questions and interface are confusing and sometime not applicable. The system tries to pay them as employees and tax them the same way, etc.
We are currently switching from Nimble(their old version) to Ximble. This system is super user friendly and on the off chance that I can't find something, the Support Staff is top notch.
Sales promised the World. Timecard approvals are meaningless because it does not prevent the timecard from being changed afterward.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Rilwan. I'm the co-founder and product designer at [inaudible 00:00:06]. Right now it's a team of seven people and on a scale of 1 to 5, I give Deel a 5. Thanks. Before we start using Deel, what we would do would be we'll make a job listing on Indeed then we'll get the person in charge of HR to speak to the person. Because we do a lot of remote work as well. Most of our staff work remotely and they're from different countries so we just have to do everything manually one step by the other and that would be too stressful. So we put a job listing. Once we get the person we're trying to get to the company, then we have to work around, okay, what are the requirements to actually employ somebody from this country? So that's what we ideally used to do before. The main reason would be the fact that with Deel, everything we need is actually in one place. So once we can always, it's easy to operate, it saves us time. And they've already done the grant works already with making payments, incorporating the employee into the system, into the company. Deel just makes everything easier. So that was the reason why we started using them because it saves us a lot of time and it makes the process easier compared to what we used to do before. My [inaudible 00:01:23] was, as a co-founder, I suggested it but the person that incorporated, and I was there as well, was the person in charge of our HR. And it was really simple because it's just to fit in information. Then Deel, it's a platform that's been used to actually make the incorporation easy. So it was really easy. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd definitely give Deel a 5. Right now with the aftermath of the COVID-19, you've got a lot of people employing with more staffs from different parts of the world and trying to incorporate them into the business can be an issue. But with Deel, if you start off nurse, similar situation with us. What you don't want is having issues then you have to deal with lawyers, you have to deal with accountants trying to do this, when you can just use a platform like Deel that makes everything simple. So that saves you the time, that saves you money in the long run. So the advice would be look at what your business needs right now. You get to the point where you're employing the people from different parts of the world. Deel will be the ideal platform. It's a software for you to actually incorporate into your business. Thanks.
David: My name is David. I'm an HR manager, and I work for a nonprofit company that's got about 250 employees. I would give Paycor a solid five. Previously, we were using a system called Zenefits, which was not very robust. They had pretty poor customer service, and it just was a little glitchier than anybody really liked. It also was not very intuitive to use. We chose Paycor, because we tested several different companies. They were the company that really seemed to care the most about what our experience was going to be after implementation. A lot of great demos, a lot of assurances that the things that we were looking for, like an intuitive interface that employees would enjoy using the app from their perspective. And yeah, they just promised us that if there wasn't something that was working for us, that we could look at it, and they have absolutely lived up to that promise. So implementation of Paycor was the easiest thing I think I've ever done. When we switched providers previously, a couple of years before that, to Zenefits, that process took about two weeks and was labor-intensive. When we implemented Paycor, they walked us through the process. It took less than two hours and we were done. And it worked beautifully from day one, pretty much. So to anybody who's looking at switching HRIS systems, I would say test drive as many as you can. Look at the features that are going to be most important to you, whether it's timekeeping or reporting. For us, what was most important was going to be customer service, because we do have a very unusual setup and we knew that we would need to reach out from time to time with different issues. And they have absolutely lived up to their promises of excellent customer service.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
